We all heard the US Labor Office: 20% of small businesses will fail in the first twelve months and 50% in the first five years. Real numbers, but commonly cited reasons are not the reason why businesses failed.
The SBA Score Program claims that the reason for number one is a cash flow; 82% cannot pay accounts for this month and just turn to the keys. Other scientists, including the National Federation of Independent Companies (NFIB), repeat this claim and then add problems with management and ineffective planning, because the second and third reasons will set off. We all heard other dozen.
Why does business fail?
I have established and built 13 shops in 10 industries and four continents professions and I personally advised the Hudreds of Business. I can tell you that the company rarely fails due to the above. It looks like the surface. In fact, they fail, because the company owner is tired, and then everything EESE begins to crumble. These symptoms of fatigue are wrong with the cause of failure.
If the finances, management, planning or other business elements were fine at one point, now they are daunting backways, they almost always point to fatigue owners or leaders who have just lost enough of their energy to start slowing down slowly.
All the time. When the company is so far in the tank, the recovery is not easy, but it was always possible if I was honest with Myself and I did a job to get my energy back. Waiting for these classic symptoms of fatigue to appear, it is not the best time to find out that you have trouble. The good news is that there are solid early fatigue indicators that appear long before you get some of them, and if you get caught soon, go back to the track of these early indicators is tuning rather than a turn.

Do you respond to the world around you?
From my own experience and the experience of hundreds of others I worked with, if we focused on any of the following reaction attributes, it is a logical (but very intuitive) early indicator that you are already experiencing creeping fatigue:
Toughness – The ability to withstand difficult conditions without violation.
Toughness – The quality of determining or persistence, especially in the face of adversity.
Stamina – The ability to withstand prolonged stress or exertion.
Perseverance – The ability to withstand difficult conditions over time.
Perseverance – perseverance in the fact that we do something, despite difficult or delay in achieving success.
Gravel – Courage and determination to face suffering.
Don’t make a mistake, these are all great attributes and I want each of them. But largely they are largely reactive or even defensive. If you need to put your finger in the dam, these attributes are your best friends. But if you regularly work out of the thinking of any of the above and others tell them others that you are in the fact that you are inside Onenesstanding of all storms, drought and hardships that come to you, from my experience you are in early stages of burnout.
Be proactive – create your own business rules

But if we see our lives and our business as a stream, you can join me and see that the tireless is a characteristic feature of success and fulfillment, both as the owner of the company and as a human being.

Be a current
Stream running downhill is relentless above everything else. Sure, my gravel, toughness and all other reactive attributes, and the defensive muscles provide a large foundation. But no one has ever won anything by playing defense. Failedness is constantly moving forward and playing an attack. The day has seen that countless great businesses are preparing reactively against storms with good cash, good leadership and a great plan, and everyone disappears against the forward energy of business owners with less for them, but they are more persistent.
The vision is critical. Stream knows where it is going – it is perennial about achieving your one goal – getting to the ocean. And Uttter’s clarity about where he wants to end is the driving force of his tirelessness. Every stream on the side of the mountain begins with the ocean as its goal and will do it all that got there. If it encounters the Beaver dam, it is not emotional because he understands that his message causes his own problems by tirelessly moving forward. They find out how to solve problems on the way to the ocean. If he has to fill the lake, so let it be. And don’t make a mistake if the current seems to meander in the meadow is not. Tirelessly to the goal
We are constantly moving forward, creating our own business rules and causing our own problems, or are we starting to play defense with mostly reactive authorities such as toughness, endurance and gravel? Streams and efficient business owners are not suitable for how they react. That would wear each of us out of height. Streams focus on steadily moving forward and causing their own disorder.
We need current thinking.
